OUR FEES:

• In-Person Notarizing - base fee $35.00. 

  • A base fee is for first notarization.

  • For every additional notarization during the same appointment, a $10.00 fee applies.

  • We can meet you at your location! Mobile fees depend on distance but generally start at $15.00, plus base fee. 

• In-person commissioning - base fee $25.00

  • Commissioner of Oaths services for Affidavits and Statutory Declarations.

  • We can travel to your location. Mobile fees vary based on distance but generally start at $15.00, plus base fee. 

• Online commissioning of affidavits and statutory declarations - base fee $35.00

What you need to bring to your appointment:

To complete a notarization, please bring a valid government-issued identification and ensure documents are complete but unsigned prior to your appointment.

Original documents are required when requesting certified true copies.

Our role is to verify identity, witness signatures, administer oaths, certify copies and commission documents.

We do not provide legal advice, determine whether a document requires notarization, prepare legal documents, or act on behalf of clients with third parties.
